1. Garansi Pegas / Hidrolik / Gastlift - Bagian kursi kantor ini merupakan bagian pengatur ketinggian kursi. Bagian ini terkadang bisa menjadi rusak tergantung dari pada pemakaian konsumen. Namun Produsen tetap memberikan jaminan pada bagian ini hingga 2 tahun - ciri ciri pegas yang rusak adalah ketika kursi di duduki dan turun dengan sendirinya.
2. Mekanik Kursi - Bagian Kursi ini adalah bagian yang dapat memberikan ayunan pada sandaran kursi. mekanik ini biasa nya disebut dengan Tilting Control atau HDT ( Heavy Duty Tilting Control ) bagian ini produsen memberikan garansi Hingga 2 tahun
3. Frame kaki ( Bintang 5/4 ) - terletak dibagian bawah dan merupakan tempat menempel nya roda yang dapat memberikan mobilitas pada kursi kerja anda. Produsen memberikan garansi hingga 2 tahun terbatas pada bagian frame Kaki kursi kerja .Garansi tidak berlaku untuk Roda caster.

- Siapkan Invoice asli anda untuk melakukan klaim
- Siapkan Berita acara kerusakan yang anda alami lengkap dengan Video atau foto
