The warranty on office chairs includes:
1. Spring/Hydraulic/Gastlift Warranty - This part of the office chair is the part that adjusts the height of the chair. This part can sometimes become damaged depending on consumer use. However, the manufacturer still provides a warranty on this part for up to 2 years. Signs of a damaged spring are when the chair is sat on and it lowers by itself.
2. Chair Mechanics - This part of the chair is the part that can swing the backrest. This mechanic is usually called Tilting Control or HDT (Heavy Duty Tilting Control). The manufacturer provides a warranty of up to 2 years for this part.
3. Leg frame (5/4 Star) - located at the bottom and is where the wheels are attached, which can provide mobility to your work chair. The manufacturer provides a warranty of up to 2 years limited to the frame of the work chair legs. The warranty does not apply to caster wheels.
How do you claim the warranty if damage occurs?
- Prepare your original invoice to make a claim
- Prepare a report of the damage you experienced complete with videos or photos.
- Contact our team, so we can forward your claim to the manufacturer of the product.
- The manufacturer will immediately respond to your complaint or you can ask Oscar Living for help again to contact the manufacturer.
